Welcome to the Study Guide for Game #1 of Swagbucks Live University! 

Swagbucks is full of wonderful activities for everyone! Whether you’re brand new to Swagbucks or you’re a long-time loyal member we believe this will be an exciting new experience for learning and sharing your knowledge with the Swagbucks community!

At Swagbucks, we reward members with free gift cards and cash for the everyday things you already do online.

WAYS TO EARN SB

You can earn SB (Swagbucks) by shopping in-store or online, watching entertaining videos, playing games, searching the web, answering surveys, and finding great deals to earn points. Discover, Shop, Rewards Magic Receipts, Daily To-Do List, Refer & Earn. 

You can find the various activities in the top menu bar of the homepage of the Swagbucks site: https://www.swagbucks.com/ 

If you’re on the Swagbucks mobile app, scroll down to see your To-Do List, Answer, Discover Offers, Shop, and Magic Receipts. You will also see menu items along the bottom of your screen for Home, Shop, Answer (Surveys), and Watch.

Surveys are found through the Answer menu tab (https://www.swagbucks.com/surveys) on the homepage for desktop or in the bottom menu tab for the Swagbucks mobile app. 

SWAGNAME

You can get creative with your Swagbucks account name by customizing your “SwagName” in the settings area of your account.

OFFERS

Search through the Discover and Shop Offers to find an offer that you’d like to try. It’s important to check the terms, disclaimers, and top 3 things to know for a Shop or Discover Offer. 

By clicking the activity and reading the pop up you will find all the information you need to know to successfully complete an activity.

PENDING

Once you complete an activity it can take up to 7 days to show as pending in your activity ledger. You can find your pending activity at the top of your Activity Ledger page: https://www.swagbucks.com/account/summary 

ACTIVITY TRACKING

You can check to make sure an activity is tracked by looking in the “Visited” section of your Activity Ledger and searching by date clicked: https://www.swagbucks.com/account/summary?visited=true 

*For Swagbucks Mobile App, click the top left corner menu, click “See Recent Activities” to navigate to your Activity Ledger.

REDEEM GIFT CARDS

You can turn your Swagbucks into Gift Cards! Redeem your Swagbucks for gift cards to your favorite retailers like Amazon or Walmart, to name a few, or get cash back from PayPal. Find available gift cards on the Rewards page: https://www.swagbucks.com/rewards-store 

CREDITS POSTED

The “Posted” section of your Activity Ledger is where you will find your credits.

FOR ASSISTANCE

If you experience an issue with an activity or are missing credit for a completed activity, please reach out to our support team through a ticket. The best place to send in a ticket is through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger: https://www.swagbucks.com/account/summary?visited=true

*For Swagbucks Mobile App, click the top left corner menu, click “See Recent Activities” to navigate to your Activity Ledger.

Once you’re on the Activity Ledger Page, click “Visited” to find the activity in question and follow the steps and screenshot below for submitting a ticket. 

  1. Click Visited
  2. Choose Date Range
  3. Find Your Activity and click arrow beside activity to reveal dropdown
  4. Click the envelope symbol to Contact Customer Support OR…
  5. Click “Contact Customer Support” to send ticket for that specific activity
  6. If you don’t see your activity, you will see “Need Help About A Recent Activity?” at the top of your Activity Ledger and you can submit a ticket there for anything that doesn’t appear on your Activity Ledger. You will see helpful guidance in that dropdown about sending in a ticket. When you click “Click Here”…Simply follow the prompts and choose the appropriate category in the dropdown, provide requested details, and submit ticket.
