Announcing Badges for the Comment Section

Our comment sections are full of great conversations, and we want to start recognizing the members who make them that way. Introducing comment badges!

Swagbucks new comment badges showcase active and notable members around our site. Badges appear directly next to a user’s username wherever there is a comment section. Popular pages include the Daily Poll, Team Challenge, Swago and our blog pages.

We’ve added 6 custom badges for members that reach a high number of comments and upvotes. They will be automatically applied once you’ve reached that goal.

  • Popular (25 upvotes)
  • Influential (50 upvotes)
  • Trendsetter (100 upvotes)

There is a badge for official Swagbucks staff so you can find us amongst the chatter.

Starting fresh on July 14th at 5:30PM EST, we’ll begin tracking comments and upvotes toward badge milestones. Activity before this date will not be counted.

These custom badges let readers identify official staff members and community leaders at a glance. We hope that this will encourage new members to join in on the conversation and ask questions.
